Lean Kings provides sports data, statistical analysis, and editorial picks for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and do not facilitate gambling transactions. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Past performance does not predict future results. Any picks, edges, or win rates shown — including those displayed on the public Ledger — are historical records and carry no guarantee. You are solely responsible for any wagering decisions you make.

4. Account & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not misuse the Service (including scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other users). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Lean Kings or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Kings is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
